Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped - Shipping Fees & Timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email - Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery - To track your order, visit your COB account or shipping confirmation email.

Fee: Complimentary for all orders. Delivery Timing: Delivery Timing: 3-5 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email. Exeption: If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday - Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or full refund to our online store within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt (except personalized items). All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect sellable condition. All refunds may only be made in the same currency and country/ region as the original purchase. Online purchases can be returned complimentary online.
RETURNS
Register your return online : Visit our returns centre – found under the Returns & Exchanges page. Enter your order number and email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt. Our courier partner will collect within three (3) days of your return has been acknowledged.
Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
Deliver your package to USPS: Drop your package off at any USPS location.
