Orders may take 24 to 48 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email including your waybill information for tracking via our courier service.

Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery.

To track your order, visit your COB account or shipping confirmation e-mail.

Shipping fees & timing

Fee: Complimentary for all orders.

Delivery Timing: Timing: 3-5 business days from the time you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.

Exceptions

If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday.

No deliveries will take place over weekends or public holidays.

Signature Required

Due to the high value of our products, there will be a signature required on all shipments delivered.
